Description
This villa is situated in one of the best spots in Vale do Lobo with fabulous views of the ocean and surrounding landscape. The villa is just a short walk from the beach and the Praca with its great selection of bars, restaurants and nightlife. The villa also benefits from a private swimming pool that can be heated at an extra charge.The villa is set over two levels. On the ground floor is the split level living-dining room with large digital T.V., Hi-Fi system, wood burning stove and patio doors that open onto the terrace which has a few steps down to the pool area. The dining area is three steps up from the living area and has a serving hatch from the kitchen which is equipped with all modern appliances.
Also on the ground floor is a double bedroom with access to the pool terrace. The second room on this level is a twin. Both rooms share access to a bathroom.
Stairs lead up to the first floor where there is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom also with en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a large terrace with fantastic views of ocean.
Outside is the private swimming pool (6x9m) that can be heated at an extra charge, BBQ area and a lawn area that slopes down towards the ocean. Wonderful views from the garden and pool area.
