Description
Magnificent and luxurious recently completed villa, with four bedrooms, located just minutes away from the beach in Vale do Lobo.The villa boasts fantastic views of the Atlantic Ocean, and has an enviable position a mere 10 minutes walk from the bars, restaurants and local amenities within Vale do Lobo. Features include a roof terrace Jacuzzi hot tub, private pool with pool heating available (at an additional cost), wi-fi internet, home cinema room, electric shutters and a cooling/heating system throughout.
On the first floor, the large open living room leads on to a terrace with superb sea views. The lower level consists of a cinema room and a separate utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
At entrance level, there is a guest cloakroom, a swimming pool with poolside terrace and lovely tranquil gardens, as well as three of the four bedrooms. Bedroom one is a double room with an en suite shower room and has patio sliding doors which lead to the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a double room with an en suite shower room with direct access to the poolside terrace. Bedroom three is the Master double room with an en suite bathroom with bath, extra shower unit, separate dressing area and doors that give access to the poolside terrace; the fourth bedroom (perhaps better suited for older children/teenagers) is a twin bedroom located on the lower level of the property, close to the cinema room with an en suite shower room.
The rest of the outside comprises of an exterior dining terrace with a barbeque, and the second floor terrace area which has a relaxing Jacuzzi hot tub. The modern open plan kitchen is in line with the contemporary style of the villa and is fully equipped.
Please note that because of the overall layout of the property and the design of the staircases we would recommend that this villa is not suitable for families with young children.
