3-bedroom villa located between Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.On entering the villa there is an open living/dining room with comfortable sofas, TV and oval dining table to seat 6. This room has patio doors out to the terrace and pool. The fully fitted kitchen is adjacent to the living room.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. Both bedrooms on the ground floor are twin rooms with en-suite shower rooms, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and doors out to the terrace. The master bedroom is located on the first floor, this is a double room with en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and private terrace.
Outside there is a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs. There is a good-sized private pool with sun loungers and a parasol, as well as a small lawned area and built in BBQ.
