Marble stairs lead to 1st floor master double bedroom suite with private bathroom, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to large private terrace.
Private outside area with hedged boundary; large south facing terrace with steps to roof terrace; BBQ area with fixed seating and table; kidney shaped pool 8 x 4m with steps and pool shower. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and lounge area (supplement payable excluding Peak and Premium Seasons) Full alarm system and Safe. Heatwafer wall heaters in all rooms.
