From the kitchen you have the main living room which has large comfortable sofas, fireplace, TV and terrace doors.
There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, one is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors which lead to the landscaped gardens. The other bedroom is a twin room with en-suite shower room.
The lower level comprises of a large suite, featuring a large double bedroom with lounge area, kitchen, en-suite and doors leading to a private terrace area with table and chairs.
This is perfect for a larger group who wish to have their own private accommodation.
The staircase from the entrance hall leads to the first floor where the final 2 bedrooms. Both of these rooms are good sized double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with bath and separate shower.
Outside there is a sun terrace with large private heatable pool, sun loungers, BBQ area with gas BBQ and covered dining terrace with table and chairs . Adjacent to the pool there is an outdoor sofa set with parasol.
There is also a table tennis table, and landscaped gardens with 2 feature waterfalls, all of which is enclosed with large electric entrance gates.
