Majestic entrance hall with chaise-longue, giant planter, chandelier and grand staircase leading to master suite. Raised dining area with patio doors and 8-seater table. Gorgeous living area with grand yet comfortable furnishings, 3 french windows, sound and audio system includes Sky T.V, sound bar, DVD Player, CD Player, VCR. Kitchen comprehensively equipped to the highest contemporary standards with AEG appliances. Stools to peninsula dining bar. T.V. Utility room.

Stunning master suite with king bed, fitted wardrobes TV/CD/DVD system and balcony. Bedroom 2 has zip-and-link twin beds and patio doors. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and T.V. Bedroom 4 has a double bed, ensuite bathroom and air con, ideally suiting young person or nanny.

Bathrooms: master ensuite with whirlpool bath, separate shower, twin basins, separate W.C. Ensuite bathrooms (to bedrooms 2 & 3) each with bath/shower & W.C. Separate W.C. Concealed air-conditioning, under-floor heating, electric shutters, marble floors.

The property has its own driveway with automated entrance gates. Maid service. Please bring beach towels. Lovely long perspectives over the open countryside are achieved from elevated, south-facing, fully-irrigated rear gardens. Lawn, mature shrubs and trees. The pool is a 10m x 4m (salt-water) heated (extra charge per week). Poolside furniture comprises hardwood loungers, chairs, parasol and hammock.

Also at the rear is a separate dining terrace with seating for 12, gas barbecue, and giant outdoor fridge. At the front are fabulous Italianate pools with fountains and planting. All spectacularly lit. Broadband internet available.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
