6 bedroom villa with annex.This beautiful villa is set within 6,000m2 of landscaped gardens. The property is fully fenced and has an electric gate for access.
On entering the property there is a large driveway with garage. Through the front doors there is an entrance hall with lift, from here there is a double height living room with sofas, TV and a dining area with table and chairs. This room offers multiple windows and doors to the garden. The large country style kitchen has a large central island and breakfast table. On the ground floor you have 2 bedrooms, these can be made up as either doubles or twins and each have en-suites and access out to terrace area.
The first floor comprises of the remaining 4 bedrooms. the first of these is the master bedroom with king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, seating area and access to the first floor terrace which has stairs down to the pool.
The second bedroom can be made up as a double or twin, has an en-suite bathroom and access to the terrace. The final 2 bedrooms can both be double or twins and each have en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have both air conditioning and ceiling fans.
The basement level has a gym, cinema room and laundry room. There is also an annex with bed, kitchenette and bathroom (with shower).
Outside there is a covered seating area with sofas and chairs. Along from here there is another covered terrace area with outdoor kitchen (gas BBQ, oven, fridge) and dining table with chairs. Down a set of steps you have a large lawn which leads to the private pool which can be heated for and extra fee (approx. 20m x8m). There is a further covered terrace with seating, firepit and jacuzzi.
