5 bedroom villa in Quinta do Mar.On entering the villa into the entrance hall you have the living room to your left. This room boasts a sofa, fireplace and TV as well as a reading area with two chairs. Next to the living room you have a dining area with table and chairs to seat 10-12. Adjacent to the dining room is a well equipped kitchen.
The ground floor hosts two bedrooms, the first is a double room with built in wardrobes, en-suite and doors to the terrace. The second room is also a double with built in wardrobes, en-suite shower room and doors to the pool and garden.
The first floor has a further 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom on this level is a twin room (with beds pushed together) with built in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom and private terrace. Finally on this level you have the impressive master suite. There is a large dressing room which leads through to the bedroom with king bed, TV and private terrace, the huge en-suite has his and hers sinks, bath and double shower.
The lower level of the villa offers the final bedroom. This a large room with 2 double bunk beds suitable for up to 6 children. This room has large doors to the outside and an adjacent shower room. Also on this level is a snug with ‘L’ shaped sofa and a room with gym equipment.
Outside there is a good sized private pool with outdoor shower, sun loungers and parasols. The covered terrace offers a relaxed seating area and to the side of the property there is a dining table with 10 guests with parasol.
