This is a fantastic contemporary luxury villa , with amazing views to the golf courses. Ideally situated in one of the best areas of Quinta do Lago, and close to Quinta do Lago North golf course, only minutes away from the beach and the Ria Formosa nature reserve, restaurants, boutiques, cafes, tennis centre.

With its open plans and wide outdoor spaces, design and decor come together in a symphony of style and sophistication at this fabulous holiday home. Perfect for a corporate retreat, a family holiday or a dream honeymoon.

This magnificent home is built over three levels. The interiors are open, contemporary and bright and decorated at a very high standard. The large impressive double entrance doors lead into the central hall, with a beautiful chandelier, this invites you to the open plan living and dining area, featuring wonderful wide windows with views to the golf courses.

The main sun terrace off the living room and has large day beds, for lazing by the infinity pool, there is also a state of the art Bose sound system. Pool heating can be arranged (charges apply). Outside dining area, with large stone table, a gas BBQ as well as Big Green Egg and outside kitchen with sink, dishwasher, bar and fridge. There are glass steps from this terrace, by the side of the infinity pool, that lead to the deck by the lower pool, actually over the second pool- a very unique feature! On the upper level of the villa there is another sun terrace, with even more impressive views and a Jacuzzi.

On the ground floor, the living room has comfy and quality sofas, widescreen TV, with lights and decorative touches. The property has Wi Fi and air conditioning throughout, there is also under floor heating (charged extra as per gas meter readings). The dining area and kitchen are both equipped to a very high standard with oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, wine cooler and a feature glass floor looking down on the level below. There is a second living room on this level and an area for watching TV or playing games. This room has a sofa double sofa bed, perfect for teenagers.

The lower floor, on the level of the second swimming pool, has two bedrooms, a large cinema and entertainment room and also a gym. The entertainment room has a pool table, projection screen, all sorts of games, as well as a bar. There is a feature window that looks into the upper swimming pool, and there is access from the games room to the lower pool and deck. The gym has a good quality equipment. There are two double bedrooms on this level with en-suite bathrooms, and windows overlooking internal private gardens.

On the top floor there is the master bedroom with plenty of wardrobes a en-suite bathroom with a very large walk in shower and bath tub. There is the second bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a walk-in shower. Large terrace with beds and the Jacuzzi, with magnificent views.

This is a unique villa in a very prestigious location with an array of impressive features including an internal elevator, Jacuzzi, alfresco dining table and chairs, outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Home theatre with projection screen and sound system, private gym, pool table, and bar area. The perfect villa for entertaining.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
