Description
Attractive private villa with spacious grounds is located in the Quinta do Lago and only a short drive from San Lorenzo Golf Club, beaches and a lake which provides water sports during the summer.This property has a large spacious lounge with built in fireplace, comfortable seating, television, hifi and large sliding doors leading to a large covered terrace and pool. A well-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room has a large American fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Leading from the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. This floor also has two double bedrooms. One en-suite bathroom, the other with a shower room.
The first floor has a large landing with additional seating, television and doors leading to an upper terrace. There are 2 double bedrooms both en suite bathrooms with separate shower cubicles.
Outside is a swimming pool which can be heated for an additional supplement is surrounded by terraces and garden. There is also a built-in BBQ.
Maid service 1 day per week which includes a towel change.
