Description
This is a comfortable 5 bedroom villa with south facing pool positioned in a superb location in Parque Atlantico. The property is walking distance to the lake and beach and a couple of minutes drive to the golf courses, tennis and gym.The villa has 5 bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms.
On the ground floor you have two double bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 is a large double bedroom with king size bed (can be turned to twin), large bathroom with bath and shower along with doors leading out onto the terrace.
Bedroom 2 is near the kitchen with a double bed and en-suite with shower.
On the first floor you have three further bedrooms.
Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom with king size bed (can be turned to twin), bathroom with bath and small balcony with table and chairs.
Bedroom 4 has two large single beds, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and a balcony.
Bedroom 5 also has two large single beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and balcony.
There is a spacious kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle and a small breakfast table. The kitchen is fully equipped for up to 10 guests. There is a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ice machine and iron and ironing board.
The living areas spacious and comfortable. There is an open plan TV and dining room with large dining table and sliding doors leading out to the terrace and pool. Cable TV with English channels and WIFI.
Outside you will find maintained gardens with golf views, large private pool, covered and uncovered terraces and a dining area to seat 10 with gas BBQ.
All linen and towels including beach and pool towels are provided and changed once per week or more frequently upon request at an extra Cost if wished. Maid service is included five times per week.
Facilities;
