Newly renovated 3-bedroom semi-detached townhouse in Lakeside village, Quinta do Lago.

On entering the property, you have an open plan living/dining area with 2 large sofas, and 2 armchairs, large TV, fireplace and dining table. This room opens to the terrace and garden. The spacious kitchen is located just off the main living area, it is fully and equipped, modern and has a further small breakfast table. There is also a small w/c located on the ground floor.

On the first floor you have access to all 3 bedrooms, of which you have 1 bedroom with single bed, 1 twin bedroom and the master bedroom with private terrace and en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom.
Up a further set of stairs, you have a private roof terrace where you can take in the beautiful views.

Outside there is a terrace with dining table and chairs, outdoor sofa/chair set and gas BBQ. Down a set of steps there is a good sized private heatable pool, this area is fenced off and can be accessed via a gate, which is great for keeping the children safe!

This apartment also has access to the large communal pool, pool bar and tennis courts of Lakeside Resort.

Linen change after 7 days of occupation. Towel change once per week.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
