Description
A luxurious 5 en-suite bedroom villa in the prestigious resort of Quinta do Lago.The villa boasts a large fully fitted and equipped kitchen including: American style fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, gas hobs, oven, juicer and sandwich toaster. There is a breakfast table for 8 people. A separate utility room has a washing machine and clothes dryer.
The grand entrance hall with spiral staircase leads to the first floor / spacious living area with fireplace which opens up to sitting area and open plan dining room. Separate TV & office room, consisting of a large flat screen TV with a wide range of satellite channels and a blu-ray DVD player. The lower level has a games room complete with table football, pool table and TV with DVD player.
The bedroom configuration:

Bedroom 2 - with twin bed with private terrace (1st floor)
Bedroom 3 -with double bed (1st floor)
Bedroom 4 ?Äì with twin bed (ground floor)

All rooms are en-suite. There is an additional shower room on the ground floor.
Outside, the terrace provides lovely shaded areas with comfortable seating, and a covered dining area with charcoal and gas BBQs. The swimming pool measures approximately 15 x 6 metres with a separate Jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Spacious landscaped gardens with Gazebo area. Please note that there is an unfenced fish pond in the grounds.
All linen and towels including separate beach and pool towels are provided and changed once per week or more frequently upon request. Maid service is included 5 days per week (Monday to Friday).
