Located on a quiet road in the Monte Golfe area of Quinta do Lago around 20 mins walk up to Quinta do Lago shopping.The villa has been finished to a high standard with large, fully equipped open kitchen and breakfast room. Large living room and sun room opening out to the pool terrace.
There is a large dining table for 10 under the covered terrace with built in BBQ which overlooks the pool and gardens.
There are 5 good en suite bedrooms over two floors. You have 4 of these on the ground floor, 3 of which are doubles and the 4th is a twin but can be prepared as a double if required. The 5th bedroom is on the first floor with large double bed.
Outside you have ample terracing around the large 15x5m salt water private pool. (pool heating available) The rest of the garden is landscaped with an additional sunbathing area set back from the pool.
The villa has air conditioning throughout, WIFI, sound system and satellite TV available in various rooms.
