Fantastic new villa in Quinta do Lago located in the Atlantico Norte area bordering the 11th hole of the San Lorenzo Golf course. The villa is tastefully decorated and has a large private swimming pool with steps approximately 14x6m and can be heated at an extra charge. Outside there is also a built-in BBQ, terraces and lawn area.Accommodation consists of an entrance hall, guest W.C. and a spacious living-dining room with Cable T.V., decorative fireplace and access to the terrace that overlooks the pool. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and access to the terrace. Also on this level is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom both with en-suite shower rooms.
Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a spacious study area with sofas and broadband connection. On the first floor is the master bedroom with twin beds made up as a double with plasma T.V., walk-in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom with separate shower. There is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to the large sun terrace that overlooks the pool and golf course.
On the basement level is the garage, laundry room and a fifth bedroom with 3 single beds and a separate shower room.
Air conditioning throughout and under-floor heating. Maid service 5 days per week excluding weekends and public holidays. No pets allowed in this property.
