Description
Modern 6 bedroom villa in Quinta do Lago.On entering the villa through the large hallway you have one of the three living rooms. This room is bright and airy with comfortable sofas, TV and large glass doors out to the terrace. From here a set of steps takes you down to the fully equipped, modern kitchen with large central island and adjacent dining area with table and chairs to seat 8. This room also has the second living area with ‘L’ shaped sofa and TV. Further to this there is a third living room also with sofas, TV and fireplace.
Downstairs there is a games room with pool table and cinema area.
There are a total of 6 bedrooms set over different levels. The first bedroom is the large master suite with double bed and access out to the terrace. The second bedroom is a double room with en-suite bathroom. The final four bedrooms are twin rooms (three of which have en-suite bathrooms). There is an additional family bathroom as well as a large utility room.
Outside there are multiple terraces including a huge first floor terrace with different seating areas. There is a large private pool with roman steps, pool deck with sun loungers and covered terrace with seating area. From here there is a further covered terrace with dining facilities and gas BBQ. You also have a lawned area and views over the golf course.
