Here you have a large ‘L’ shaped sofa, 2 arm chairs, fireplace, TV and double doors out to the terrace. Adjacent is the dining area with glass table and chairs seating 8 as well as a desk.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen features a central island/breakfast bar with chairs for 4 guests. The kitchen well equipped with appliances including a large fridge freezer; Expresso coffee machine; integrated microwave; two electric ovens and a grill; kettle; toaster; dishwasher; hand blender; four electric hobs and extractor fan.
The ground floor comprises of the first three bedrooms. Each bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and access to the pool or garden. There is also a guest w/c on this level.
The first floor hosts a further 2 bedrooms. The first of which has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, separate dressing area, private balcony and en-suite bathroom with spa bath and walk in shower.
The last room on this level has a small double bed, fitted wardrobes, TV and en-suite shower room. This room is more suited to one adult or two children due to the size of the bed.
The lower level comprises of a games room with pool table and table football. From here, glass doors lead through to a sleeping area with 2 single beds. From here you have the final double bedroom.
Outside, the upper terraces offers ample seating areas including a sofa set, drinks table seating 4 and dining table seating 8. There is also a covered outdoor kitchen with gas BBQ, sink and wine cooler.
Down a set of steps there is a good sized private pool with roman steps and electric pool cover. Ample sun loungers and a parasol surround the pool.
Furthermore there is a lawned garden with table tennis and a hammock.
