Description

Modern six bedroom villa located in the Encosta do Lago area in Quinta do Lago. The villa has a grand entrance hall with an imposing staircase. On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living area that is divided into two areas. The first living area space is comfortable and features a wood burning fireplace and doors that lead out to terrace that overlooks the pool. The second living area space is a cosier space with flatscreen T.V. and comforatble seating.

There is a lovely dining room along with a breakfast room both leading to the large and extremely well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and all of that you would expect from a luxury property such as this one.

Outside is a large pool and a secure garden. The large covered terrace is the perfect place to enjoy an al fresco meal with built in charcoal BBQ.

The villa has six bedrooms. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms:
1 Double room ensuite with walk-in shower
1 Twin room with an extra single bed, ensuite with a walk-in shower

The impressive staircase leads up to the first floor, where you will find:
Master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath & shower and access to a balcony

In the basement level of the property is a twin bedroom with natural light and en-suite bathroom.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
