Spectacular 4-bedroom luxury villa with modern interior of the highest standard, situated in one of the most popular areas of Quinta do Lago, overlooking the first fairway of San Lorenzo Golf Course in Park Atlantico.The driveway of the property is accessed through the electric gates from the road.
The large front doors lead in to the hall with steps down to the living area, featuring comfortable sofas, a coffee table and doors leading out to the pool terrace.
There is a separate TV lounge with flat screen TV and cable channels. The cinema room offers an impressive 52-inch flat screen TV with comfy leather sofas.
The entire villa had a Sonos system installed throughout.
(The TV lounge has slide-out beds and can accommodate two more guests.)
The spacious kitchen with its granite benchtops is fully fitted with all modern appliances such as a halogen hob and a Miele cooker. There is also a breakfast table seating 6 people. There is a separate utility room with a washer and dryer. The doors from the kitchen lead out to the extraordinary covered dining terrace with a built-in barbeque and table seating 8 people.
The villa has 4 bedrooms, all en-suite and air conditioned.
The ground floor hosts two en-suite twin bedrooms each with two single beds and direct access to the garden and pool area.
This villa also features a home gym with large mirrors, rowing machines (Concept 2), treadmill, cross trainer, weights, exercise balls, iPod dock and a TV.
The first floor has a double en-suite bedroom and a master suite with a king size bed, dressing area and en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony overlooking the garden and golf.
The outside area has a lovely terrace ideal for refreshments or just relaxing in the shade. The large pool (10x6m) has a perimeter overflow and an electric cover. The pool can be lit up in the evenings. Around the pool area are high quality sun loungers and large parasols. The garden has discreet fencing and lovely evening lights.
