Magnificent single-story villa to rent in Vale do Garrao, the villa is in an ideal location with only a short walk to the beaches of Ancao and Garrao, golf courses and restaurants. This villa has a private swimming pool (20m x 5m). there is a terrace around the pool with sun loungers and lounge chairs and outdoor speakers. Near the pool there is an outdoor bathroom with shower.

Outside there is a fully equipped kitchen including a barbecue and a pizza oven, the outdoor dining area seats 18 people, perfect for alfresco dining.

In the garden there are several spaces for leisure such as multi- purpose equipment for exercise that also functions as a children’s playground, there is a covered wooden deck which can be used to your desire. There is a lovely outdoor fire pit with a large sitting area. A quiet sitting area with hammocks perfect for afternoon relaxing.

Inside the villa is an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The living area has an open wood burning fireplace that is full height of the wall, many comfortable sofas, a smart television, and a pool table. The living room opens onto an outdoor leisure area with outdoor sofas, bean bags and football table.

The dining area has a large table that seats 12 people and 5 stools by the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities needed for your holiday. The kitchen has access to an outdoor area with a laundry room.

All 5 bedrooms in the bedroom wing of the main house have en-suite bathrooms with a shower and toilet area separated by glass walls. The main house has an additional kid’s room/staff/guest room with en-suite bathroom and shower.

The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart television and a safe. It has an en-suite with indoor and outdoor shower with access to an outdoor terrace. It has a dressing area and desk space

The other bedrooms in this wing consist of:
The blue bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a double bed if preferred.
Bedroom three has two bunks beds and desk space
The pink bedroom has 2 single beds and a pull-out single bed and desk space.
Bedroom 5 has a king-sized bed, smart television, safe, desk space and en-suite bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower.

All the bedrooms have access to the garden and swimming pool. They all have air-conditioning and underfloor heating.

On the side of the house there is an independent guest house with two en-suite bathrooms.

The master suite in the guest house consists of a double bed, television, safe and a mini bar.
The yellow bedroom has twin beds and an additional pull-out single bed, wardrobes, and desk space.
The rooms have individual entrances and an interior door that can be used to separate the rooms or as a connecting door for the comfort of young families. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and underfloor heating.

This villa has breakfast and lunch or dinner preparation service (food cost is an extra), according to prior appointment. This service is available from Monday to Saturday.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
