The Martinhal Quinta Resort offers the excellent facilities of a luxury hotel whilst providing guests with the complete independence of a private property.

There are 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses available within the Martinhal Quinta Resort, all designed to offer the utmost traquility and relaxation to guests. The Martinhal Quinta resort is located at the heart of Quinta do Lago and provides guests with first class facilities such as a 24 hour reception desk. Guests also benefit from the resort facilities such as the outdoor communal heated swimming pool at the Clubhouse.

The townhouses are decorated and furnished to a high standard, providing a safe, warm and comfortable environment for all the family. Each property is positioned in its own landscaped grounds overlooking a private garden and plunge pool. All townhouses have fully fitted kitchens, air conditioning and satellite T.V. and separate guest W.C. All bedroom are en-suite and vary from doubles to twins. Properties benefit from daily maid service.

PLEASE NOTE: The photos show a general 2 bedroom townhouse and photos of the resort. There are multiple townhouses and villas available within the resort and accommodation is allocated by reception on arrival.

The Blue Room – an indoor unsupervised games room with Playstations, Wii’s, internet, table tennis, pool, table football and more. Suitable for children aged 8+

Kids Club – including crèche for 6 – 23 months & Raposinhos (Little Foxes) the supervised childcare for children 2 – 5 years old & Fox Club for 6 – 9 years old.

Children will also love the pool slide at the Pool Hangout as well as nearby sand pit and a trampoline.

Travelling with small children? Then you can also pre-book baby equipment before you travel, such as door protectors, thermometers, potties, bottle sterilisers & warmers, safety gates, baby cots & baby baths.

Looking to unwind while the kids are being expertly cared for? Then choose from a selection of massages that are available at the steam bath at Pool Hangout or in the comfort of your villa rental. Feeling a bit more energetic? Then why not check out the small but efficient selection of gym equipment in the fitness room.

For those looking to self-cater, then the Mercado Deli & Bake at the resort offers a variety of take away breakfast options as well as fresh fruit and vegetables and a full range of cold take-away dishes throughout the day. It is also a convenience store offering a range of basics for all the family.

The M-Bar & Gelateria offers poolside dining with a wide selection of snacks & drinks. The O Terraço restaurant is located on the top floor of the Pool Hangout and is the perfect place to start your day with a full breakfast buffet to cater to every taste. Between Easter & the end of October, the restaurant is also open for dinner.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.

Damage deposit

A damage deposit will be required in all our properties. This will either be in the form of credit card details* or an amount** depending on the property.

* Your card will only be charged if you cause damage to the property.

** The damage deposit will be refunded on satisfactory check out up to 14 days after departure
