Lovely 5-bedroom villa in Dunas Douradas just a 5 minute walk from the beach.On entering the villa there is a large hallway which leads to the spacious living/dining room. The living area is equipped with comfortable sofas and chairs as well as a large TV and feature fireplace. The dining area is bright and features a glass table and chairs seating 8, from the dining and living area there is access out to the terrace. Off the dining room you have the fully fitted and equipped kitchen. There is also a further guest w/c and TV room as well as three double en-suite bedrooms.
Upstairs there are a further 2 double en-suite bedrooms which share a large terrace with views over the private swimming pool and communal gardens beyond.
The basement level is set out as a games room, including; pool table, table football and TV area.
Outside there is a partially covered terrace with BBQ and seating area. There are steps down to the pool area with sunbeds and pool side shower.
