Description

High quality, four bedroom detached villa situated in Dunas Douradas close to the beach and local amenities. The villa is located just a short walk from the beach and central resort facilities. The villa is furnished to a high standard throughout and offers guests a very comfortable home for holidays.

On the ground floor is the spacious living-dining room equipped with wood burning stove and Hi-Fi system. Patio doors open onto the terrace and pool area. There is also a separate T.V. lounge with Cable T.V., DVD Player, Wireless Internet and patio doors that open onto the pool terrace. Fully fitted kitchen including usual modern appliances. Separate utility room.

Also on the ground floor is a twin bedroom, that can be made up as a double if required, with patio doors that lead out to the terrace. There is a separate adjacent shower room.

Stairs lead up to the first floor where the master double bedroom is located with dressing area, Cable T.V. and en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Also on this floor is a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom also with en-suite shower room and patio doors that open onto a terrace.

Outside are various terraces, a built in BBQ and a private pool that can be heated at an additional charge. There is a rock formation feature at the deep end of the pool (care should be taken to supervise children).

Air conditioning throughout. Maid service Monday to Friday (linen changed one per week and towels twice). Pool Heating available at an extra charge. Wireless Internet.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
