Completely renovated in 2023, this modern 4 bedroom villa is located in a prime location just a few minutes’ walk from the beach in Dunas Douradas.The villa comprises of a new, fully fitted and equipped kitchen with large central island/breakfast bar with seating for 8 guests. There is a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Steps lead down to the living area where you have sofas, TV and doors to the terrace.
Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which has an en-suite and the other has an adjacent shower room.
The first floor boasts the final two bedrooms. The first of which is the master double with built in wardrobes, TV, full en-suite and private terrace with sea views. The final room is the guest master with en-suite and private terrace.
Outside, the partially covered terrace offers various seating areas including an outdoor sofa set and round dining table with chairs for 6 guests. Next to the dining area there is a covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ and sink.
The private pool is surrounded by sun loungers, day beds and parasols.
