7 bedroom villa located in a peaceful location in Loule, just a 15 minute drive to Quinta do Lago.

On entering the property via the electric gates, there is a large drive with space for 6/7 cars.

The entrance hall leads to a spacious, well equipped kitchen with central island/breakfast bar. From here there is a formal living room with fireplace and further sitting room.
There is a home gym and large home cinema as well as a games room with table tennis, table football and pool table.

There are 7 bedrooms comprising of; one room with queen bed, 4 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and a spacious master suite with king bed, living area and separate dressing room. There are also 7 bedrooms, 2 with bathtubs and 5 with showers, as well as an additional 2 guest w/c’s.

There is a large covered terrace with dining table and chairs, comfortable sofa set and outdoor kitchen. From here a set of stairs lead to the garden. There is a large private pool surrounded by 14 sun loungers and parasols as well as a jacuzzi.
Adjacent to the pool there huge lawned garden and private tennis court.

This villa has 7 bedrooms accommodating 14 guests however there are a selection of sofa beds and Z beds which can sleep a further 4 guests at an extra charge.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
