Newly refurbished, contemporary 7 bedroom villa in Sandy Lane.On entering the villa there is large formal living/dining room with ample seating and glass doors out to the pool deck. The dining area comprises of a large oval table seating 12 guests. Adjacent to this room there is a small second living room with TV. The modern, fully equipped kitchen is separate to the living area.
There are 7 well designed and spacious bedrooms. The master is located on the first floor and offers a king-sized bed, seating area, en-suite bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool. the second bedroom on this level also has a king-sized bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony overlooking the garden.
A further 3 bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Each has a king sized bed (2 can be made into twins) and en-suite bathrooms.
The lower comprises of 2 further bedrooms which share an en-suite bathroom.
Furthermore the villa has its own gym and media room.
Outside there is a large private pool with sun loungers and parasols. A covered terrace offers an outdoor kitchen with BBQ and dining table. There is a sunken outdoor lounge with fire pit and a wet bar.
Staff include: Cook, housekeeper, laundress and gardener.
Staff hours are 8:30am - 1:30pm & 5:30pm - 8:30pm. Each staff member has one day off a week.
