Stunning 7 bedroom estate located on the beachfront in St James parish.On entering the property via the private driveway you enter two open-air courtyards with Koi-filled ponds.
The villa has a separate drawing room with wraparound patio and bar – ideal for taking in the sunset and ocean views. Here you also have a private office.
The ground floor of the villa boasts a modern kitchen with island/breakfast bar and comes equuoped with an espresso machine, three separate fridges and freezers and a standing wine cooler. There are 2 bedrooms, the first is a king room with walk in wardrobe, private terrace and en-suite. The second room can adjoin the first bedroom and is most suitable for children.
On this level you also have a spa and fully equipped gym.
You can access the first floor via the stairs or lift. The first bedroom on this level is the master, this room is tucked away for privacy and offers a super king bed, huge walk in wardrobe, lounge area with seating and TV, private sea facing terrace and en-suite. The second bedroom on this level has an en-suite and views over the pool. The third bedroom is also en-suite and has a small terrace. Tucked between the master bedroom and the third bedroom is the dining terrace.
The final 2 bedroom suites are located above the gym, have been recently renovated and feature sea views.
All seven bedrooms at this luxury villa have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, fans and flat-screen TVs.
Outside, the central courtyard offers a large private pool with ample seating for over 15 guests including day beds and outdoor sofa sets. There is a further covered area with dining table.

Staff include 3 housekeepers, 2 butlers, chef, sous chef, kitchen assistant and laundress (the laundress service is provided 3 days per week.
This villa can also be rented as a 5 or 6 bedroom – reduced staff.
