The garden is divided into three levels. The first level includes a dining terrace, the second level is where the swimming pool 9m x 4.5m is situated, there is a pool-house with kitchen, barbecue terrace and outdoor shower. This allows you to make the most of the garden without going in-and-out of the house.
There is also a small study with a fireplace, a games room and wine cellar.
The garden extends into a lower plot where one will find a wooden house with play area for the children.
Parking on the street for two cars.
