Newly built villa located in Aigua Gelida, just a short drive from Tamariu beach.This 5 bedroom villa is set over 4 levels and is finished to a great standard. On the ground floor/entrance level you have the entrance hall, laundry room, garage and lift as well as stairs up to the other floors.
The first floor consists of the main living areas. This is made up of two living rooms and an open plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped and boasts a large central island/breakfast bar as well as dining table and chairs. All rooms on this floor open out to the large first floor terrace which has incredible sea and mountain views, this terrace also has a small dining table. Furthermore, there is a bathroom located on this level.
The second floor has 3 of the 5 bedrooms, one of which is a double bedroom with open plan en-suite bathroom and access out to the terrace. There is a further double bedroom and twin room which share a bathroom, and both have access to the terrace.
The top floor has the final 2 bedrooms. One of these rooms is a bunk bedroom with private shower room. The final room is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and doors out to the top floor terrace. Adjacent to the bedrooms there is a room with small kitchenette – ideal for preparing drinks.
Last but not least you have the beautiful 8m x 4m private pool which boasts amazing views of the sea.
There is a large driveway.
