Description
Stunning villa situated in a small private, gated community in Aiguablava comprising just 5 houses, offering privacy and security. The villa is ideally suited to groups or families with spectacular sea views and close proximity to the beaches of Aiguablava / Fornells.Designed by a well regarded local architect, the house incorporates many features which allow the spectacular views to work in harmony with the movement of cooling air whilst shading the interior of the house from the Spanish Sun.
The house is built to a high specification and can sleep up to 12 persons. The beach of Aiguablava is just 5 minute's walk from the house along the main road.
The house is built on two levels:
Upper entrance level:
Ascending stairs into the property you will not fail to notice the mesmerising sea views through the large glass retractable windows.
Open plan sitting room with a large sofa and two chaise longues next to the twelve place dining table.
The spacious, well equipped kitchen with island unit and breakfast bar features instant boiling water tap, double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, juicer, coffee machine and kitchen mixer.
The kitchen windows slide to allow access to the shaded patio with Pizza oven, BBQ and extendable table seating for up to 12 persons.
Continue past the bookcase with novels to borrow and enter the master bedroom with stunning views, a spectacular bathroom featuring freestanding bath and walk in closet.
Also on this level is a garage which can hold two cars with access from the main house.
EXTERIOR
Large heatable saltwater infinity pool with retractable pool cover, sun loungers and parasols providing shade, or chill out in the shaded outdoor relaxation area.
An outdoor shower and beautifully landscaped garden with olive and fruit trees.
Please note pool heating is available between April and October at an extra charge.
LOWER GROUND LEVEL
A floating staircase down to the lower ground floor where you will immediately notice the cooling of the ambient temperature provided by the locally quarried stone used extensively through out the house.
There are 4 double bedrooms and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms.
All bedrooms have extensive storage in either walk in closets. At the far end of the house is a further twin bedroom with adjacent bathroom.
Relax with a book next the light well that brings natural light and cascading foliage down from the floor above and features specially commissioned pre-Colombia Stone Carved statues inspired by the owners visit to the Colombian Archaeological site of San Agustin.
Find further tranquility in the Spa area with Sauna, Bucket Shower and wooden relaxation beds.
Finally, spend an evening watching a movie in the home cinema featuring 4k Projector, Screen and surround sound.
Washing machine and tumble dryer, all sheets and towels included.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout, WIFI (wires and wireless) and all mod cons including Sonos music system. The villa also offers fibre optics at 1GB download speed.
Located in an exclusive location just a few minutes walk from the secluded beach of Port D`Esclanya also called Cala de Smiroli and 5 mins walk to the beautiful beach of Aiguablava.

Type 2 it is used for: Audi, jaguar, tesla, porsche, lexus, nissan, mini, bmw, mercedes, infinity. It is the most commonly used connector.

‘We had the most amazing time at the villa for my early birthday celebrations - it exceeded my expectations and everyone was blown away by the space, facilities and view!
We were very lucky to have calm weather on the Saturday for our yachting trip and we made full use of the well equipped kitchen to prepare meals for many friends as well as eating out in Begur at the festival and some of our favourite restaurants in Pals and Calella de Palafrugell.
Jane, the property manager, was extremely helpful and we hope to return in the future.
