Beautifully renovated 5 bedroom property on the beachfront in Puerto Pollensa.On entering the villa into the hallway there is an impressive staircase to the first floor. A double archway leads to the kitchen/dining room. The modern and well-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar for 4 guests, whereas the dining table can seat a further 8 guests. Doors from this room lead to the covered terrace.
Also on the ground floor are two of the five bedrooms. Each room offers twin beds (which can be made up as doubles on prior request) and en-suite shower rooms. There is a further family shower room on this level.
The first floor hosts a further 3 bedrooms. The first of which is the master with double bed, sea facing balcony and large en-suite with both a bath and shower. The final two rooms each have a single bed, balcony and share access to a shower room.
The spacious living room has two seating areas, one of which boasts two sofas and TV as well as a small table and chairs. This room opens to the first floor terrace with two tables and chairs seating 8 guests, as well as unbeatable beach and sea views.
To the rear of the property there is a private garden with small lawned area, sun loungers, covered dining area and even a private pool (4.7m x 4.7m).
