The villa is great for large groups as the villa next door can be accessed from the property via a path which is also a 5 bedroom villa; making it the perfect location for large groups that want to take a holiday together. The villa does have separate entrances. The tennis court is shared between the two properties see villa reference 078MP.
Upper floor:
Entrance hall opening onto the living room, open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Master twin bedroom with an en-suite shower and walk-in wardrobe. Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Spectacular 360 degree terrace with stunning views, dining and seating area.
Lower floor:
Two twin bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms, one of which has direct access to the exterior and pool area. Second master twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Cinema room with 4K projector and billiard table. Open seating area with direct access the exterior. W.C. and utility room.
Exterior:
BBQ room with wood oven, pergola with day beds, private heated swimming pool (10m x 4.5m - depth 1.2m - 1.6m). Shared tennis court (shared with the adjacent villa - ref 078MP). Spectacular views of the distant bay and mountains.
All beds can be made up as either twins or doubles.
Midweek towel change. Linen changed every 7 days.
