The ground floor offers split level accomoadtion comprising of an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. The living room is set on the upper level and has a sofa, chairs, large TV and fireplace. Down a few steps you have access to the kitchen and dining area. Here there is a wooden dining table seating 8 guests as well as a spacious modern kitchen with large central island/breakfast bar – this room has doors to the terrace and garden.
The first floor of the villa hosts the bedrooms. As you arrive up the stairs there is a spacious hall way with sofa bed and air conditioning – ideal for children. There are two principle bedrooms, each is accessed down a small set of steps. The first of these is a double bedroom with built in wardrobes and an open shower room. the second is also a double with built in wardrobes and an en-suite shower room.
Outside, the villa is set in peaceful gardens. There is a large terrace off the dining area which has a covered section with small table and chairs, there is also an indoor dining area with glass doors and BBQ. Down a set of steps you have access the to the pool terrace with sun loungers, parasols and a further covered seating area. The private pool measures 10m x 3.5m and has views towards the countryside.
