Description
This spacious three-bedroom property is located down a quiet country lane, just a short drive from the historic old town of Pollensa and the bays of Puerto Pollensa and Cala San Vicente.The villa is set over one floor and offers comfortable interiors with floods of light. There is an open plan lounge/dining room furnished with comfortable sofas, TV, dining table, and high, wood beamed ceilings.
A stone archway leads to a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a family bathroom. All the bedrooms are decorated in contemporary colours and air-conditioned.
The fully fitted farmhouse kitchen has a breakfast bar, small dining table and doors leading out onto a patio with table and chairs, a great spot for morning coffee. From the small, covered patio you can access another shower room and toilet.
Outside, you have a purpose-built BBQ and dining terrace with bench seating, a great place for leisurely lunches or entertaining guests. There is a large private pool surrounded by teak decking and sun loungers, along with patio areas and lawn.
Free air conditioning from 14:00pm to 16:00pm and from 20:00pm to 08:00am.
