This villa offers impressive views of the sea and Talamanca bay.
There are two living areas and two kitchens. The first is located on the lower level, with open living room with two sofas and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. This room opens to a terrace with breakfast table and steps down to the pool.

The second living room is located on the first floor. Here you have a second living room with sofas, TV and formal dining table for 8 guests as well as kitchen number two which is also fully equipped and features a breakfast bar.
Doors open to a large terrace with covered dining section and gas BBQ. Furthermore there is a large outdoor sofa and sun loungers, the perfect place to take in the views.

There are 5 spacious and uniquely designed bedrooms, each of which has a double bed and en-suite bathroom or shower room.

The pool deck is located on the lowest level of the villa. here you have a good sized private pool with step entry, sun loungers and Balinese bed.

Arriving late? We can arrange for groceries or foodpacks to be delivered to your villa prior to your arrival. Don't want to be weighed down with bulky beach towels? You can hire and order these to be delivered to your villa.

Travelling with children? You can hire items such as cots, highchairs and many other items to save you hassle. Please also request any items you may require that we do not list and we will do our very best to provide them.

Do you sometimes want to stay in your villa without having to cook? We can provide excellent catering service recommendations brought to your villa. A special occasion while you are away? Order a celebration cake or hamper of goodies.

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
