The design of the villa offers a contemporary feel that blends perfectly with tradition and with large fully opening windows, you will feel completely connected with the outdoors.
The villa is built over 3 levels; with the main living space on the ground floor, open plan living comprising the living and dining areas and the fully equipped modern kitchen with high ceilings and exposed beams, all flooded with natural light with folding doors that open onto the large poolside terrace (150m2). Outside, you will find the uniquely shaped pool which is approximately 11m in length and chlorine free. The pool features a counter-current swimming and hydromassage system. The southwest facing outdoor space features sun loungers, alfresco dining area, BBQ and comfortable seating area to while away the summer days. There is also a table tennis table and trampoline to keep the kids entertained.
On the raised ground floor area is an independent sleeping space with 3 bedrooms and two shower rooms. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes
On the first floor the master suite (30m2) features exposed beams, a balcony, dressing room and bathroom.
On the second floor is a 40m2 apartment with exposed beams. The apartment is accessible from the main house but completely independent, with a bedroom, living area, kitchenette, and shower room. It is complemented by two terraces, one of 15m2 with a table and chairs, and another south-facing 11m2 terrace with sea views.
The villa sleeps up to 12 people.
