Description
Stunning country retreat in Rupia, just 25 minutes from Begur.This century old farmhouse has been refurbished to a high standard with modern furnishings and facilities.
The villa is distributed over three levels.
On the ground floor (garden level) an entrance hall gives access to the split-level kitchen and dining room. Here you have a modern, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and a large wooden dining table seating 12. There is also a sofa and multiple doors out to the pool terrace.
Also on this floor you have two bedrooms. The first is a children’s room with two bunk beds, table football and an en-suite shower room. through a small hallway located off this room you have access to the second bedroom with double bed and open en-suite shower room. The rooms can be accessed externally for privacy.
A laundry room and guest w/c can also be found on this floor.
Upstairs, the first floor comprises a further two bedrooms. To the left of the landing you have the first bedroom, this is another childrens room with two bunk beds and en-suite shower room. Adjacent is the master suite with double bed and open bathroom with large walk in rain shower. Both bedrooms have access to the large first floor terrace.
To the right of the landing you have the living room with huge ‘L’ shaped sofa, TV, fireplace, office area and doors to the terrace with further seating and a parasol – perfect for taking in the country views or watching the sunsets.
Stairs lead up to the second floor. Here you have the fifth bedroom with double bed, en-suite shower room and private terrace.
Outside the main villa there is a covered terrace with lounging and seating areas as well as the pool terrace with private pool and several sun loungers. From here you have a large landscaped garden with a swimming pond, table tennis table and even a tennis court!
Finally, there is a annex next to the swimming pond. It boasts an open games room with pool table and Pac-Man arcade machine as well as a kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. A covered, wrap around terrace offers the perfect escape from the sun and there is dining table with double BBQ.
