Description
This wonderful villa is situated just outside Comporta in Brejos da Carregueira de Baixo, just a short distance away from the secluded Brejos beach. Sitting within 2,500m2 of charming Mediterranean gardens with pines, herbs and flowering shrubs in the countryside setting, the villa offers great facilities for groups of up to 12 people.Accommodation is split between the main house and two separate thatched cabanas. Outside the villa is the wonderful large salt water infinity pool (16m x 4m & 1.4m depth) and several outdoor living and dining areas to make the most of the great outdoors.
Inside the villa you will find a mid-century styled haven with high ceilings, wooden floors and mosquito netting to all windows and doors. Air conditioning and heating is included and there is a large fireplace in the main living area.
In the main house, there is the entrance hall with guest W.C. Spacious living room with central open fireplace that divides the kitchen/dining areas and the living area. Sliding doors on both sides of the living and dining areas open onto the shaded, covered deck terraces at the rear and front of the house. To the front, is a spacious chill-out terrace that overlooks the pool with corner sofa seating area and a dining area for the perfect spot to enjoy long leisurely meals. The pool and sunbathing deck offers the perfect spot for some relaxation in the sun, while the poolside covered seating area is a great place get some shade. A private “pétanque” court can also be found in a shady part of the garden.

All bedrooms open onto the wooden deck terraces, with pathways that surround the entire property.
There is an extra service bedroom with shower room and service area to the rear of the house. Access is restricted to staff only, but these rooms could be made available for an extra fee by request only.
N.B. Due to some drops from the pool area and decked terraces, extra caution must be taken with young children.
Lucky guests at this villa will be given a card that opens a gate at the end of a path with access to a pristine sandy beach.
There is a beach cooler and portable umbrellas provided for guests to use.
Daily cleaning service (apart from Sundays). Bedroom and bathroom linen is changed weekly. Electric gates and parking for 2 cars. Air conditioning/central heating included (logs are supplied for use on the fireplace during colder months). All doors and windows are fitted with mosquito blinds and blackout blinds.
