As you walk through the front door, a large hallway leads onto a spacious living area with comfortable sofas, fireplace and TV with English channels. There is also a dining area with large table and chairs and french doors leading onto the garden and pool.
There is a well equipped kitchen providing everything you will need to cook for the whole family. Next to it, there is a small laundry room with a washing machine.
In the basement there is a second living room with sofas and TV. There is also a games room on this floor, equipped with a table tennis table, pool table and dart board along with some fitness equipment including a treadmill and exercise bench.
The outdoor area is full of colour with lawned areas, plants and pine trees. The large swimming pool is surrounded by sunloungers and has a smaller shallow pool attached, perfect for young children. There is a chill out area with sofa and chairs, perfect for an evening drink, along with a shaded al-fresco dining area with large table and charcoal BBQ.
There’s a private carport with space for 2 cars inside the plot.
Pool heating can be supplied at an extra cost. This service is provided between April and October, however if the minimum temperature is not suitable to provide this services it might be declined.
