Description

Wonderful 5-bedroom villa to rent located in Vilamoura and close to Vila Sol and all that the areas have to offer. The villa has been fully renovated to a high standard with fabulous outdoor spaces and private swimming pool.

On entering the villa, you will be welcomed into the peaceful library entrance hall. To the left is a study, the perfect space for those that require a quiet haven to catch up on some work; the office also includes a double sofa bed that can be used to sleep two children (up to 12) or one adult (250€ supplement applies). The guest cloakroom with walk-in shower, is located off the entrance hall.

A fabulous feature of this villa is the large, 300-year-old Fincus Bonsai which is surrounded by glass and links all of the living areas on the ground floor.

The open plan living areas are flooded with natural light with large sliding doors that give access to the outside terraces and pool area to really connect with the outdoor spaces. The living area features a large inviting sofa with flatscreen television and a cozy fireplace nook with accompanying bar area with floor-to-ceiling wine racks. Guests are welcome to try the wine collection but kindly asked to replace any bottle before departure (alternatively bottles are charged at 20€ per bottle).

A couple of steps up from the living area, the bright dining space features a 10-seater dining table with large sliding doors that open onto the poolside terrace. The adjacent, modern kitchen with central island, is equipped with modern appliances including double fridge, large hob and a Quooker Tap that provides instant chilled sparkling, chilled still, boiling or room temperature drinking water. Just off the kitchen is a laundry room that houses additional appliances such as microwave, second dishwasher and washing machine.

The large sliding doors that connect the indoor with the outdoor living areas give access to the fantastic entertainment spaces that the garden has to offer. A fabulous, covered BBQ and dining area featuring a large central island that includes stools, gas BBQ, ceiling fan and outdoor television with adjacent large dining table. The large saltwater swimming pool can be heated for an additional supplement. Comfortable outdoor sofas offer different spaces to relax throughout the day.

There are 5 bedrooms that are over two floors. From the entrance hall, down a corridor, are two double bedrooms (twins together) both with wooden floors, fitted wardrobes and stylish en-suite bathrooms (one with bath and the other with shower). Both bedrooms have access to a shared outdoor terrace.

The final three bedrooms are located upstairs, and all offer spacious, bright and relaxing spaces that are all tastefully decorated. The first bedroom to the left is a double bedroom with outdoor terrace with sofa and panoramic view. This bedroom has access to an en-suite shower room with double walk-in shower. Straight ahead is the master double bedroom with large sliding doors that open onto a fabulous terrace. There is also a large en-suite shower room with double shower and double sink.

The final double bedroom is to the right and also leads to a lovely terrace and features an en-suite shower room with double shower.

Accommodation is for 10-12 guest (supplement applies for over 10).

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
