6 bedroom villa in Vila Sol.This modern property is set over three levels and boasts a large garden with views over the Vila Sol golf course.
on entering the property there is a spacious open plan living room with two ‘L’ shaped sofas, TV and doors to the pool terrace. Adjacent is the dining room with table and chairs seating 8 as well as further area with sofas which also opens to the pool terrace.
The kitchen is well equppied with all the nessacasities for your stay including an American fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender and a dishwasher. there is also a central breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests.
The ground level boasts two of the bedrooms. The first is a double with seating area, TV, fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and doors to the pool terrace. The second room is also a good sized double with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room.
A further 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each of which has a double bed, en-suite and doors to a private terrace overlooking the pool and golf course.
The final bedroom is on the lower level, this is a twin room and has access to a large adjacent shower room.
Also on the lower level there is an entertainment room with pool table, seating area with TV and a bar with wine fridge.
There is a laundry room on this level with washing machine, dryer, extra drinks fridge and freezer.
Outside, the pool terrace offers ample seating areas including an outdoor sofa set, dining table and chairs and a sunken seating area with fireplace.
The large private pool can be heated for an additional charge and features an electic pool cover. There are 12 sun loungers and a selection of parasols for use.
Furthermore, there is an outdoor kitchen, equipped with BBQ, sink and fridge.
