Description
Lovely 6-bedroom villa in Quinta Verde located just 1.2km from the entrance of Quinta do Lago and the shopping area with restaurants, bars and boutiques.Entrance is into a large spacious, double-height entrance hall. A couple of steps lead down into the bright living area with three sets of sliding doors that open onto the pool area and poolside terraces. A couple of steps lead up to the modern, well equipped kitchen area with central island and dining area to seat 8 people. There is also a guest W.C.
Also on the ground floor are two of the bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a single bed (2m x 0.90m), fitted wardrobe and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom 2 has a double bed (1.95m x 1.8m), fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with hairdryer and access to a terrace.
From the entrance hall, stairs lead up to the first floor where two further bedrooms are located. Bedroom 3 is a twin room (1.9m x 0.9m beds), fitted wardrobe and ensuite shower room with hair dryer.
Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom with large double bed, smart T.V., wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with separate shower. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a furnished terrace.
In the lower level are the final two bedrooms. Bedroom 5 is a triple bedroom with double bed (2m x 1.6m) and two single beds (1.9m x 0.9m), wardrobe and television.
Bedroom 6 has a double bed (2m x 1.6m), fitted wardrobe, television and doors with exterior access. These two bedrooms share a shower room.
Also in the lower level is a utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
Outside there is a large private pool (9m x 5m with ample sun loungers, parasols, day beds and seating areas. There is a terrace with gas BBQ, and outdoor dining table to seat 10, perfect for alfresco dining. You also have your own private putting green.
There is parking for 4 cars.
