Description

This villa has been designed in a contemporary style and is filled with bespoke furniture, art and technology consistent with modern luxury living at the highest level.

The villa has breathtaking views over the sea and has direct access to the beach from the garden.

The villa has 5 en suite bedrooms in the main house and 3 en suite bedrooms in the guesthouse and is built on 2 levels.
Enter by a secured gated driveway giving you the sense of security. The front of the property has a spacious driveway.

The main entrance doors open onto the spacious open plan living/dining area sea views.

The covered terrace has a gas BBQ and a dining table with beautiful panoramic views by day and the twinkling lights of local fishing boats by night so you can enjoy your alfresco dining in beautiful surroundings.

Next to the open plan living/dining area is a double bedroom suite with a walk-in dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, the bedroom has extensive views to the sea beyond the upper lawn so you can sit back and relax with a glass of wine and take in the beautiful views.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar.
The entertainment space on the lower level can be accessed by the main staircase.

This has a sitting area, with full package Sky TV, DVD player and Bose sound system with Ipod connection. Fully equipped state of the art gymnasium with a plasma TV with CD/DVD player and sound system available.
Next to the Gym there is a shower room. A pool table and a bar to create a unique and socially active space.
Hidden inside a cupboard there is a small kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer and icemaker.

There is also a utility room with 3 washing machines and 3 tumble dryers, iron and iron board. All this area overlooks the pool area.

Four further bedroom suites are located on this level:
The Gold suite, with double bed and en suite bathroom and plasma TV.

The expansive suite with unique motorized glass ceiling which opens at the touch of a button allowing bathing under the stars in true James Bond style.

2 additional suites both with double beds are individually designed and enjoy comprehensive audiovisual technology.

Step outside to the pool area and discover the classically designed rectangular 16x6m infinity pool that reflects the shimmering sun.

There is also a guesthouse. Upstairs enjoy pre-dinner cocktails at the bespoke designed bar in the comfort of the lounge area or pause for a while on the covered terrace and take in the stunning sea views. The lounge area has plasma TV with basic MEO, DVD player and Bose sound system. On the ground floor, there are 3 suites, one with twin beds and the other with double beds. All the bedrooms have TV.

The villa is fully air conditioned. (cold and hot)

How to book

STEP 1

Use the search functions on the site to search for accommodation via your specific requirements or just search just via your preferred area.

STEP 2

You will see a list of properties matching your search. You can send us a request by clicking 'booking request' or 'request availability' button on any of these properties. Alternatively you can add a number of these properties to your wishlist by clicking the heart symbol to as many properties as you like.

STEP 3

Click the wishlist button (the heart) at the top of our website. You will see all the properties you have added to your wishlist and you will be asked to select your dates and complete a small form with your contact details. Please provide any other information that may be suitable.

STEP 4

We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm the availability in your selected properties and offer you any further information you require. however if you cannot wait that long you can call us or use the 'live chat' function on the top of our site.

We are open Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 and Sat 10:00 - 16:00

Once you are happy with your selection and dates, we will confirm your booking and take a 30%-50% deposit via credit or debit card in GBP. We also accept Euro and GBP payments by bank transfer if you prefer.
