The modern kitchen features a central island/breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests. It is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction hob, electric oven and Dulce Gusto coffee machine.
From this room doors lead out to the pool terrace.
Also on the ground floor is the first bedroom. This is a double room with fitted wardrobes, TV for streaming only and en-suite shower room.
On the first floor there are a further two bedrooms. The first is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, en-suite shower room and access to a balcony.
The second room is the master double with fitted wardrobes, a safe, access to a balcony and a full, open en-suite with free standing bath.
The fourth and final room is located on the lower level. It has a double bed and en-suite shower room. Please note this room does not have natural light.
Outside, the private pool measures approximately 9m X 5m and has step entry. The pool is complimented by 6 sun loungers, 2 parasols and a pool side shower.
A covered terrace boasts an outdoor dining table and BBQ and adjacent is a small outdoor sofa set.
