Description
Beautiful villa situated in a peaceful area of the Sandy Lane Estate overlooking the 3rd fairway of Sandy Lane Old Nine.Inside, you are welcomed by the grand double height entrance hall leading onto the spacious living and dining rooms, with high ceilings and beautiful furniture and artwork. The living room is a great space to entertain with comfortable sofas, traditional columns, and marble flooring throughout. This room flows into the spacious dining room. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with central island on the ground floor.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the first floor. All bedrooms are doubles, with air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms. The master suite is located on the first floor and features and four poster bed, private terrace, and dressing room. Almost all of these bedrooms boast golf views.
Outside, the covered terrace is the perfect place for dining and relaxing with friends. There is a large private pool for cooling off and plenty of grass for the kids to play, surrounded by lush tropical gardens.
Convenient for golfers, great for families and entertaining and the perfect spot to explore the island.
