How To Book with Haven on Earth

We will confirm availability of your chosen property by email or phone within 24 hours
You can call us or email us to confirm that you would like to book
Or you can request an option for 24 hours if you need time to check flights etc.

Booking Process:

We will send you a confirmation email with a Booking Form, Terms & Conditions, Optional Extras List attached

Payment:

You will need to pay 30% non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation
Final Balance will be due 2 months before your holiday
If you book less than 2 months before your holiday then full payment will be due
Payment can be made in Pounds Sterling or Euros (Rate will be advised by Haven on Earth for Euro payments)
Most major Debit & Credit Cards accepted – Charges applicable, details will be sent at time of booking
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer or Cheque

Breakage Deposit:

You may be asked to pay a breakage deposit with your balance which is refundable after your holiday subject to satisfactory check-out
Or a breakage deposit will be payable on arrival by cash, cheque or credit card details
Details of your breakage deposit will be clearly stated on your booking form

Linen & Towel Charges:

With some of our properties the linen & towels are not included in the rental rate
Details of charges for linen & towels will be included in your booking form
Linen & towel charges are generally payable on arrival to local management
The rate is usually around 15 Euros per person

You will be required to fill out a Booking Form & agree to our Terms & Conditions

Your Final Documents which include directions to your accommodation, information on key collection, local contact numbers & names and local information will be sent to you a few weeks before your holiday provided that we are in receipt of full payment & your completed and signed booking form.
