Property Description
This superb villa is located within the luxurious 5 star development of detached villas called Quinta Verde, just 1.5km from Quinta do Lago. The development has its own Clubhouse with gymnasium, spa and communal swimming pool and also benefits from security surveillance. The villa itself has been beautifully designed with stone floors, air conditioning (supplement payable) and under-floor heating throughout. The villa is spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard with fabulous landscaped gardens.
The spacious living room has been furnished with good quality furniture in a modern style and is equipped with DVD, Sky HD and broadband access. Patio doors lead to the outside dining area with built-in gas BBQ and the terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden. There is a separate dining room which also has access to a terrace overlooking the garden. The fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped with all the modern appliances you would expect as well as a plasma T.V. There is also a separate laundry room.
Also on the ground floor is a children`s bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the garden and a further twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
Stairs lead to the first floor and to the master bedroom with double bed, Satellite T.V., patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. There is also an en-suite bathroom with a bath and a walk in shower. Also on this floor are two double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms and both lead to a shared terrace.
Downstairs on the lower level is a 5th bedroom with twin beds and full en-suite shower room.
Maid service is five times per week. There is a supplement applicable for air conditioning.
Accommodation is for 10 people.

Other courses can also be found in Vilamoura and Vila Sol. The golf courses in the Algarve offer spectacular landscapes, favorable climate and meet the needs of Golfers at all levels. Other excellent sports facilities are also available for the sport enthusiast such as Tennis, with the Vale do Lobo Tennis Academy and the Jim Stewart Tennis Academy in Quinta do Lago, with other tennis courts and coaching available throughout the area such as in the centre Dunas Douradas.
